Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Monitor financial metrics and identify discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) to streamline operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in night shift environment
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- CPA certification or pursuing CPA preferred
