Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and prepare tax documents.
- Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Assist with annual audits and financial statement preparation.
- Utilize accounting software to track financial data and generate insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Must be available for immediate start and able to work onsite in Tucson.
