Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and year-end financial reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP or similar systems.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) to track expenses and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Associate's degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
