Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure all tax filings and deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing annual tax returns and supporting external audits.
- Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to provide financial clarity and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero (strongly preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
