As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring accuracy in all reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping reviews and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
