Join Our Team as a Professional Bookkeeper

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients using QuickBooks and ADP.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax preparation and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) and Xero (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
