Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and review financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly estimated tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP or similar).
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
