Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust by proactively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve account inquiries and disputes with exceptional service skills
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with zero discrepancies
- Support branch operations through cross-training in teller and customer service functions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
