- Oversee daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers.
- Support the month-end close process efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
