Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll and expense reports on weekends
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Collaborate with weekday finance team for handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with weekend or shift-based accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
