Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain digital records.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
