Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ SMB clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts
- Assist with sales tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in Xero and FreshBooks a plus
- Detail-oriented with 0% error tolerance in financial data
