Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledger systems
- Process payroll, tax filings, and employee expense reports
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Support annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems
- Generate financial reports for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven track record of meeting financial deadlines
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
