Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) for client reviews
- Manage payroll processing for 15-20 employees bi-weekly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures within 3 business days
- Generate custom financial reports for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and advanced Excel skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume settings
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
