Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour turnaround
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing for 15+ employees
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement inventory tracking systems for retail clients
- Provide financial reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of GAAP and Maryland tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
