Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and financial status.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and manage budgets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
