Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and billing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with precision.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
• Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
