Responsibilities
- Process Accounts: Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Assist with Payroll: Support the payroll process by gathering necessary timesheets and data.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
