Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Process payroll accurately and assist with payroll tax filings.
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
