Responsibilities
- Execute daily reconciliation of accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports for senior leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Knowledge of Wisconsin financial regulations
