Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and balance sheets.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are up to date and compliant.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Monitor financial data and report variances to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
