Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero for financial data management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Collaborate with clients to optimize financial workflows
- Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) a plus
