Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Manage payroll entries and assist with employee expense reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and ledgers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
