Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports for management.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (full-cycle experience preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic financial analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
