Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
