Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly reconciliation cycles
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and audits
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- AAS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
