Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with high efficiency.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation filings.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to track expenses and budgets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
