Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process and record invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain and update ledgers and financial spreadsheets (Excel).
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account status.
- Learn and utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and processes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
