Responsibilities
- Review and process customer invoices and billing statements with 100% accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment errors promptly.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify billing questions and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and update financial records in our ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or medical billing.
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Cerner, Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
