Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies and credit disputes within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial analytics for stakeholders
- Implement and optimize billing workflows for operational efficiency
- Comply with SOX controls and revenue recognition standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical/enterprise billing operations
- Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle billing modules
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Experience with EDI and 837 claim submissions
