Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues with precision
- Collaborate with insurance providers and patients to verify coverage and resolve claim denials
- Generate detailed billing reports and financial statements for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and internal billing protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or complex billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or similar billing software
