Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and timely in our billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and initiate collections calls for overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Generate and distribute monthly billing statements to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status promptly.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and correct them.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
