Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends
- Maintain updated client billing records in Salesforce and ERP systems
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/collections experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
