Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes and invoice generation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance regulations (HIPAA, SOX)
- Analyze aging reports and optimize cash flow cycles
- Collaborate with insurance providers for claim resolution
- Implement billing system improvements and automation

Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or similar billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
