- Manage accounts receivable and collections with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging statements
- Collaborate with sales team on contract billing implementations
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTable)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
