Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ corporate clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and account adjustments
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on contract terms
- Generate monthly revenue reports and aging analyses
- Implement process improvements using Salesforce CPQ
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOX regulations
- Mentor junior staff on billing best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or SaaS billing experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CRM/SaaS system expertise (Salesforce preferred)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with EDI claim submissions
