Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with stakeholders
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with collections team to optimize cash flow
- Ensure compliance with DC financial regulations and SOX requirements
- Implement billing process improvements using Salesforce CPQ
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of billing experience in a regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expert knowledge of DC tax regulations and revenue cycles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
