- Implement and optimize billing procedures using SAP and Salesforce platforms
- Generate monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in SaaS or professional services
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
