- Process and submit insurance claims with 95% accuracy across multiple payers
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials through strategic payer negotiations
- Manage patient accounts receivable with consistent follow-up protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and California billing regulations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to document charges and resolve coding ambiguities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a US healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
