Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 95% accuracy
- Manage patient billing accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports daily
- Collaborate with collections team for overdue accounts
- Update billing codes and maintain compliance with HIPAA
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Train staff on billing software updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic and NextGen systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
