- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for 500+ provider accounts
- Ensure HIPAA/FDCPA compliance in all billing operations
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials within 48-hour SLA
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle analytics and variance reporting
- Train junior staff on billing software (Epic/NextGen experience preferred)
- Collaborate with compliance team for quarterly audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years medical billing experience in multi-specialty practice
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation required
- Expertise in CMS 1500/UB-04 forms and CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar RCM platforms
- Proven track record of reducing A/R days by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Excel reporting experience
- Ability to manage high-volume accounts with 99.5% accuracy
