Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct insurer/patient communication
- Manage AR aging reports and collections processes
- Analyze charge capture for compliance with CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Implement process improvements using Epic EMR systems
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle audits
- Train staff on billing policy updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Expertise in CMS 1500/UB-04 forms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and NextGen
- Strong HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
