- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies
- Process electronic invoices and ensure timely payment
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and pricing
- Generate monthly billing reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOX regulations
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/technical billing experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Experience with EDI and electronic claim submissions
