- Process and reconcile complex invoices using Oracle ERP system
- Manage customer account billing cycles and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract billing
- Generate monthly revenue reports and analyze billing trends
- Coordinate with collections department on overdue accounts
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
