- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes including charge entry, claim submission, and follow-up
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries with empathy and precision
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and insurance company regulations
- Reconcile accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycle workflows
- Generate monthly billing reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or similar EHR billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
