- Collaborate with sales teams to reconcile billing discrepancies
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Update billing systems and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or professional billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or similar billing software
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or CPC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
