- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to maintain updated billing records
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze trends for process optimization
- Handle high-volume customer billing inquiries via email and phone
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Proven expertise in billing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Experience in high-volume transaction processing environments
