- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage
- Generate invoices and reconcile payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with insurance companies and patients for resolution
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Utilize Epic EMR for charge entry and coding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in medical billing software (Epic, Cerner)
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with insurance claim denials and appeals
