Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and within compliance guidelines
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation supports billing codes
- Conduct patient billing inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or similar EMR billing platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for patient and insurer interactions
