Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, verification, and distribution
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables through diligent follow-up
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure accurate contract billing
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Prepare monthly billing reports and analyze aging reports for optimization
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client and interdepartmental interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or financial services billing highly desirable
- Certification in Billing/Coding (e.g., CPC) a plus
